Zak mcKracken and the Alien Mindbenders Amiga Big Box
- English Version
- Disks
- Box is damaged
Zak McKracken is a tabloid reporter (and not a very good one at that). After having a psychedelic dream one day, Zak realizes that something is wrong — space aliens are dumbifying the general public through the telephone system. Zak must stop this, but he can’t do it alone. After finding a strange crystal, Zak manages to get the help of the anthropologist Annie and her friends, Melissa and Leslie. The four unlikely heroes must now figure out a way to destroy the dumbifying devices and save the Earth.
Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders is a third-person puzzle-solving adventure similar in gameplay to Lucasfilm’s breakthrough title Maniac Mansion. The player chooses verb commands (Open, Pick Up, Give, etc.; there are no Look or Talk commands) to interact with the game world. The game features up to four controllable protagonists; it is possible to switch between them at any time after they have been introduced, and also exchange inventory items if the characters are in the same location. The game can be described as a “globe-trotting” adventure, since the heroes are required to travel to different exotic countries and even leave the Earth for a while in order to complete it. Some of the puzzles are optional or can be solved in different ways.
The FM Towns version has VGA graphics with 256 colors and higher-quality music and sound effects.

The Secret of Monkey Island XXL Big Box
I cursed my luck again as I slid down the monkey’s throat. Have my dreams of guzzling grog and plundering galleons been reduced to this? “Three small trials and you’re a pirate like us,” they said. Fair enough. If only I could stomach the foul brew these scurvy seadogs swilled, the rest would be easy. How could I have known I’d meet a powerful and beautiful woman with a jealous suitor too stupid to realize he’d been dead for years? And how can I crawl through this great stone monkey to find a man who walks three inches above the ground and sets fire to his beard every morning?
Do business with quaint and humble shopkeepers. Participate in complex and meaningful dialogues. Visit interesting places and steal stuff. Experience the never-ending nightlife of Melee Island.

Passionate Patti Does a Little Undercover Work! is (despite the number) the fourth game in Al Lowe’s Leisure Suit Larry series. Now Larry and Patti are working independently on two cases that are connected to each other, even though the heroes aren’t aware of that. Larry’s new bosses are involved in shady business, while Patti agrees to take a break from her career as a performing pianist and become an undercover agent. Will the two be together ever again?

Terminal Velocity Jewel Case
- Jewel Case
- Dutch Version
Terminal Velocity is a simulation video game developed by Terminal Reality and published by 3D Realms for MS-DOS and Windows 95 and MacSoft for Mac OS. It is an arcade-style flight combat game, with simpler game controls and physics than flight simulators. It is known for its fast, high-energy action sequences, compared to flight simulators of the time.
Terminal Reality also developed a similar game, Fury3, published that same year by Microsoft. It used the same game engine (Photex + Terrain Engine 1) and basic game mechanics, but was designed to run natively on the new Windows 95 operating system. Though considered to add little to the gameplay of Terminal Velocity,[1] Fury3 spawned an add-on pack, F!Zone, as well as a sequel, Hellbender.
The player can fly at low speeds without falling. The player’s craft also has no inertia, meaning its course can be changed instantly. There are seven different weapons, ranging from guns, blasters and rockets to homing missiles and a rare secret weapon, and only the first blaster type will never run out of ammo. Additionally, it possesses powerful afterburners that allow it to move at very high speed, which is useful in order to evade attacks, but sacrifices the ability to return fire temporarily (they can be selected like weapons, and if they are, the fire button will ignite the afterburners). The craft is able to survive some hits, and even some collisions with the terrain, including tunnels.
Each of the 27 missions consists of several objectives, e.g. enemies which must be destroyed, tunnel entrances and exits, mere checkpoints, and an extraction point.

Galaxian is the very definition of an old school shoot ’em up. No fancy bells & whistles, just row upon row of baddies hell-bent on cutting you in half with laser fire or going all Kamikaze all over you!
Released in 1979, it’s kind of overshadowed a lot by the earlier release, Space Invaders. There’s no doubting the importance of Space Invaders of course, but Galaxian is a much better game.
