Horror RPG Camp Sunshine reanimating on consoles next month

Camp Sunshine, a horror RPG title developed by Fossile Games, was originally released on Steam in 2016 and received praise from players and critics alike. Now, the game is set to make its debut on Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation on October 9th, 2024, bringing its terrifying gameplay to a new audience.

In Camp Sunshine, players take on the role of Jez, a camper who finds themselves in a nightmarish situation after waking up in the middle of the night. With bloodstains covering the camp and a ruthless killer on the loose, players must navigate a dangerous game of survival where every shadow could spell danger.

Developer Paul from Fossil Games expressed excitement for the upcoming release, stating, “We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Camp Sunshine to consoles. The response to the game on Steam was incredible, and we are excited to introduce it to a new audience. This game is a homage to 1980s slasher horror, born out of our love for the genre, and we can’t wait for players to experience the nightmare once again.”
